Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Track and report on sales performance and business development activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance and real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
