Qualifications Required
- Must be a citizen of Burundi.
- At least undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant IT degree from a university with a reputable university.
- ICT Service Management ITILv4 certifications.
- 3 Years’ experience in working on a banking IT environment, preferably in Digital Channels systems.
- Experience in issue analysis and resolution.
- Experience and ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Experience in managing Back up / Recovery processes and Systems / Business Continuity.
- Knowledge on Oracle database management.
- Operating System: Working knowledge of MS Windows and UNIX (HP-UX, Linux) Operating Systems.
- Good understanding of network technologies .
- Knowledge of Digital channels which includes ESB. Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Cards etc.
- Knowledge of Open banking, Service Oriented Architecture and ESB
