Key Responsibilities:
– Support the supply, installation, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and diagnostic tools.
– Advise clients on equipment specifications and assist with user training.
– Maintain detailed records of equipment specifications, usage, and service history.
– Ensure quality control and regulatory compliance for all laboratory equipment.
– Collaborate with vendors and clients to resolve equipment-related issues.
– Identify potential suppliers for medical goods and negotiate advantageous partnerships and deals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of two years of professional experience in laboratory and medical equipment supply and support or related experience.
Skills: Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, diagnostic tools, equipment handling, and laboratory safety standards.
Certification: Valid professional certification or license as required by local regulations.
Other: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
