Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the supply, installation, and servicing of biomedical equipment in healthcare or laboratory settings.
– Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and safety of medical devices.
– Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
– Collaborate with procurement teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality biomedical equipment.
– Maintain detailed records of service history, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
– Identify and negotiate with suppliers to improve cost-efficiency and enhance equipment quality.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: At least two years of professional experience in biomedical engineering, focusing on medical and laboratory equipment supply and maintenance.
Skills: Expertise in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of medical devices; solid understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Certification: Professional certification in biomedical engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
Other: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication skills.
