Head of Real Estate, Land and Buildings Department
**Overview**
• To efficiently manage all immovable assets of the Diocese, ensuring they are well maintained, developed, and utilized productively in accordance with laws and development plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage all land and building assets of the Diocese
• Coordinate construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance of buildings
• Manage contracts for construction and maintenance projects
• Conduct thorough evaluations and feasibility studies for property development projects
**Requirements**
• Bachelor’s degree in Estates Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field
• Must have professional registration (engineers/architects)
• At least 5 years of work experience (minimum 3 years in leadership)
• Ability to plan strategically and manage projects
• Age: 30 – 45 years
**Benefits**
