QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Experience:Has a minimum Five (5) years professional experience of progressive responsibility in business systems analysis, design and IT solutions development. Experience with social protection and social registries is highly encouraged. Experience with designing and facilitating capacity building initiatives and fostering partnerships with stakeholders (such as governments and development partners) is required.
Knowledge & Skills:
Has effectively managed IT projects, has analysed and translated user requirements into new business processes and applications. Has formed strong partnerships with relevant parties to help meet IT requirements. Proven expertise in data analytics, visualization tools, and software development for MIS design. Excellent communication and reporting skills to enable translating complex concepts and strategies to decision-makers.
Languages:
Fluency in English Language. Knowledge of Swahili is a plus.
