WorldVeg is looking for a consultant to assist with business development in Africa.
Applicants are
invited to submit:

A cover letter explaining:
o Suitability for and interest in the assignment.
o Proven competence in written and spoken
English, good writing and editorial skills.
o Proven skills in developing and writing
successful funding proposals.
o Have high energy, confident presenter
who is able to engage people and get them to commit funding/and or to
partnering with WorldVeg.
o Strong organizational and time
management skills, and very strong networking skills and excellent
interpersonal relationship skills.
o Ability to work effectively across multiple
functions, locations and cultures.

An updated curriculum vitae showing:
o Master’s degree in Social Science,
Business Management, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or a related
field.
o Minimum 8 years of demonstrated
experience in developing fund-raising strategy and institutional resource
mobilization, understanding of the development sector and grants management.
o A proven track record of fundraising
from major donors, corporate and foundations.
o 5-10 years business/management experience.
o Fluency in French will be an added
advantage.
