KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the end to end commercial bid process for local and international opportunities.
- Ensure compliant, competitive and profitable proposals that support Vodacom Business growth.
- Develop bid strategies that align customer requirements with business objectives, competitive positioning, profitability targets and solution feasibility.
- Ensure all bid submissions comply with internal governance, financial, legal and commercial approval requirements.
- Manage the review, negotiation and approval of customer contracts, master service agreements, service level agreements and commercial terms.
- Coordinate sales, finance, legal, technical, partner and affiliate stakeholders to deliver high quality, timely and customer focused proposals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in bid management, commercial management, proposal development, sales support.
- Experience in contract review, commercial negotiation and governance approval processes.
- Telecommunications or technology sector experience is preferred.
- Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is an advantage.
