Job Description

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  •  Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Develop and manage content for social media, website, and other marketing platforms.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials.
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing and SEO is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • At least 4 years in sales and marketing especially in oil and Gas.
