Main Responsibilities:
Support courier activities to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Assist in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
Assist in executing the courier strategy to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Track and monitor monthly and quarterly performance against operational targets.
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
Recommend actions to address performance shortfalls and operational challenges.
Assist in managing, developing, and supervising the courier team to maintain a motivated and high-performing workforce.
Ensure the team operates efficiently to meet courier service goals and targets.
Maintain records and reports related to courier activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Academic: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2 years’ experience in courier services, logistics, or sales operations is an added advantage.
