Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase circulation and digital reach across various platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote Mwananchi’s digital products, including e-papers, mobile apps, Nation ePaper, EGazeti web platforms, and online subscription services.
- Track and report on sales performance, including meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Provide insights on customer feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and editorial, to execute successful digital campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the digital subscription market.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Academic: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing/Sales/Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Possession of a Smartphone.
- Preferably residing in the respective area applied for.
