RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.

- Support daily accounting activities, including data entry and updating financial records.

- Assist in bank reconciliations and tracking of company transactions.

- Help maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

- Support the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets.

- Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring.

- Help process payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

- Support payroll preparation by compiling and verifying relevant data.

- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Assist in preparing tax computations, statutory returns, and supporting schedules (e.g., VAT, PAYE, and withholding tax) under supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

- and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum GPA: Upper Second Class (3.5 out of 5.0) or above, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

- Progress towards a professional qualification such as CPA (T) or ACCA is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally) is an added advantage.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

- Foreign language: Proficiency in a foreign language such as Chinese, Hindi, or French is an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS

- for All Positions Minimum academic requirement (all positions): A bachelor’s degree with a GPA of Upper Second Class (3.5 out of 5.0) or above, or its equivalent from a recognized institution.

- General skills (all positions): Good organizational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to handle confidential information professionally, and a willingness to learn and work in a team.
