OVERVIEW
Job Summary: The Senior Technical Advisor (STA), workforce optimization provides technical leadership and support for health supply chain workforce development. This position is responsible for ensuring workforce development and capacity-building activities are planned, coordinated, and implemented effectively to strengthen the competencies of health supply chain professionals. The role includes supporting the development and implementation of workforce development strategies, capacity-building plans, and institutional strengthening initiatives in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, PO-RALG, MSD, and other relevant stakeholders The Advisor promotes the appropriate use of electronic technologies and innovative learning approaches to strengthen supply chain competencies. The position provides technical guidance on content development and use of an e-learning platform and electronic tools to support multimedia learning approaches in delivering health supply chain related topics based on recognized standards and best practices.
