Commercial Sales & Marketing Manager TABONO CONSULT LIMITED Job Title: Commercial Sales & Marketing Manager Location: Dar Es Salaam Reporting to: Country Manager About the role We are looking for a candidate to lead, supervise, train and motivate a team of technical sales representatives and field agronomists to offer innovative agrovet products and agricultural field extension services to targeted customers, thereby generating sales revenue to achieve set financial goals. All activities pursued are to be guided within BCILs corporate mission and goals, in a professional, ethical environment, in compliance with standing regulatory provisions. Key performance areas (KPAs) & key performance indicators (KPIs) 1. Territory sales target setting & marketing budget (KPA 1) KPI 1: Determine sales targets for each agricultural zone, to be achieved through client’s branches, and for each technical sales representative.
