RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct microbiological sampling and analysis of raw materials, products, processing areas, equipment, water, and the production environment.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, OPRPs, CCPs, and Quality & Food Safety (QFS)

REQUIREMENTS

- across production and laboratory activities.

- Monitor, analyze, and trend microbiological and environmental results, and report significant findings to the relevant Quality team.

- Identify and report microbiological, GMP, and food safety non-conformities and support investigation and implementation of corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology.

- Strong analytical, laboratory, and problem-solving skills.

- Good understanding of microbiological testing, GMP, GLP, and food safety

- Experience: Any relevant work experience in microbiology, laboratory work, quality control, or food and beverage manufacturing will be an added advantage.
