OVERVIEW
Job Description Description JOB PURPOSE To safeguard company assets by ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient reverse logistics execution, and full accountability from field collection to resale or disposal. The role is responsible for minimizing shrinkage, accelerating recovery cycles, and maintaining real-time stock accuracy across all locations. 2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- A.
- Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records (system vs physical reconciliation).
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
- Investigate and report all stock variances within 24 hours.
- Ensure proper tagging, grading, and categorization of returned devices.
- Monitor aging stock and escalate items >30 days in store.
- Maintain FIFO discipline where applicable.
- Ensure secure storage and controlled access to inventory.

- Reverse Logistics Operations Oversee device movement from field collection to HQ/warehouse.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Inventory Management, Finance, or related field .
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory management, reverse logistics, warehouse operations, asset recovery, or related roles.
- Experience in stock reconciliation, asset tracking, device recovery, and inventory control processes .
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Excel reporting .
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and accountability in managing company assets.
- Good communication and coordination skills with field teams, warehouse, finance, and external partners.
- Experience in device financing, fintech, telecom, or mobile device recovery is an added advantag How to Apply:
