QUALIFICATIONS

- Commission Processing: Calculate and process commissions accurately for all sales channels in line with approved incentive schemes.
- Data Management – Maintain accurate sales, performance, and commission records to support timely and error-free payments.
- Compliance & Audit – Ensure commission payments comply with policies, controls, and regulatory

- Reporting & Analysis – Prepare commission reports and provide insights on performance trends and incentive effectiveness.
- Dispute Resolution – Resolve commission-related queries and discrepancies promptly through stakeholder collaboration.
- Plan Optimization – Review and recommend improvements to commission structures to drive performance and business growth.
