QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing customer service, sales, telesales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategies to grow digital channels, including app registrations, downloads, active users and digital adoption through targeted acquisition initiatives.
- Drive initiatives that increase customer engagement, frequency of usage, retention and conversion across digital platforms using customer insights and behavioral data.
- Design and manage customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, upselling, retention and win-back, ensuring relevant and timely customer interactions.
- Monitor and analyze digital KPIs including registrations, MAU, conversion, engagement, retention, campaign response and revenue contribution, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Competences Strong verbal and written communication skills, good listener, team player, and positive attitude is necessary.
- Sound understanding of telecommunications products and services, including voice and data bundles, airtime, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
