Job Description Procurement Officer St. Francis University College of Health and Allied Sciences (SFUCHAS) A Constituent College of St. Augustine University of Tanzania Saint Francis University College of Health and Allied Sciences (SFUCHAS) is a Constituent College of St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT). It is located at Ifakara town in Kilombero District, Morogoro Region. The area is accessible throughout the year as it is connected by tarmac road from all directions. The College is currently running the following programs: A Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences, and a Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
