RESPONSIBILITIES

- (Learning Scope): Participants will: Participate in structured induction and orientation programmes • Undertake guided, on-the-job learning under supervision • Rotate across relevant departments to gain exposure (where applicable) • Assist in assigned tasks strictly for learning and development purposes • Observe and support operational activities within seed production and related functions • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and professional conduct • Participate in periodic learning assessments and feedback sessions

QUALIFICATIONS

- and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in: Horticulture General Agriculture Crop Science or related fields Agronomy 0–3 years of post-graduation experience • Strong academic performance • Demonstrated interest in agriculture and innovation • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Kiswahili • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment Priority will be given to graduates from Sokoine University of Agriculture Important Considerations: Must be a Tanzanian national • Must not be currently engaged in full-time employment Our Offer: We offer a structured and immersive learning environment within a globally recognized agricultural company.
