Job Description Grid Power Projects Supervisor Organization: Power Group Technologies Key

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct site surveys and confirm grid

REQUIREMENTS

- .

- Supervise line construction and electrical installations.

- Handle TANESCO applications and follow up.

- Plan and coordinate project schedules and resources.

- Review BOQs, control costs and manage variations.

- Coordinate materials, logistics and transport.

- Supervise contractors and team performance.

- Oversee testing, commissioning and energization.

- Ensure HSE and quality standards are met.

- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and provide project reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

- & experience Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

- At least 3–5 years’ practical experience in grid connection, power distribution or electrical infrastructure projects.

- Practical knowledge of HT/LV distribution networks, 11kV/33kV systems, transformers, pole lines, ACSR/ABC conductors, metering, earthing, protection systems, electrical drawings and BOQs.

- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively within Tanzania.
