RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify, recruit, and retain clients for both group loans and upcoming individual loan products.

- Conduct loan assessments, appraisals, and ensure compliance with company lending policies.

- Monitor loan performance, follow up with clients, and ensure timely repayment.

- Provide financial guidance and support to clients, strengthening trust and long-term relationships.

- Actively promote Dream Big Microfinance Limited within the community to expand outreach and visibility.

- Organize and facilitate group meetings to explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial literacy topics.

- Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports for management and regulatory purposes.

- Support the transition and rollout of new individual loan products by engaging potential clients and educating them on

REQUIREMENTS

- Secondary (CSEE) to Diploma level.

- Must be a resident of Arusha, with strong familiarity with the city and its surroundings.

- Age 25 to 40 years.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
