- Requirement Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional registration with a recognized engineering institution.
- Must have served as a Civil Engineer in at least one airport construction project within the last ten (10) years.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in civil engineering works.
