REQUIREMENTS

- Develop and monitor project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
- Oversee implementation of health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems.
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports.
- Liaise with the Engineer, contractors, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure timely identification and resolution of construction issues and risks.
- Verify construction outputs and ensure adherence to approved methodologies.
- Manage workforce productivity and site logistics.
- Review and approve work programs, method statements, and construction schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Registration with a recognized professional engineering body is an added advantage.
- Must have served as a Site Manager or Site Engineer in at least one airport construction project completed or substantially implemented within the last ten (10) years.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in construction project management.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
