REQUIREMENTS
- , participate in inspections and audits, and ensure compliance with Company and statutory standards.
- Mentor Drill and Blast Engineers and Graduate or Junior Engineers, maintain contractor relationships, and support continuous improvement, budgeting and operational coordination when required.

REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Qualification Degree in B.Sc.
- in Mining Engineering.
- Valid Driving License.
- Valid Blasting Certificates.
- Experience 6+ years of experience in underground drill and blast and underground operations.
- Experience working in a mechanized mine.
- Previous experience in Longhole Open Stoping and Transverse Stoping mining methods.
- Experience in supervision and coordination of mining works and personnel.
- Experience in mine planning is an advantage.
- Knowledge & Skills High level of computer literacy with mining software such as Aegis, Vulcan, Datamine and Deswik, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
