There is mounting urgency to support adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) living in poverty, which has been further amplified by the global pandemic. RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES
- : Support capacity building of M&E and relevant programme team members to implement BI ML functions in line with standards, policies, and practices, while providing continuous technical support and guidance Support the Senior Manager, Monitoring and Learning in the development, updating, and implementation of the Theory of Change, Results Framework, and M&E frameworks and plans for all ongoing and new BRAC Maendeleo Tanzania projects.
- Coordinate the execution of M&E activities, including programme quality, process, and outcome monitoring, data collection, analysis, and reporting to support continuous programme improvement.
- Contribute to learning and adaptive programme management through timely analysis, dissemination of monitoring findings, lessons learned, and best practices, as well as the development of learning agendas and learning questions.
