REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Qualification Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Mechanical, Automotive or Electrical Engineering, or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid driving license Class E.
- Experience Extensive mining industry experience with a minimum of 5 years.
- Experience in operating a Forklift or Telehandler is an added advantage.
- Knowledge & Skills Strong computer skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify resource trends to make informed decisions.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate resource data.
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with resource management software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to use CMMS, for example SAP system.
- Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders, understand resource needs and manage expectations.
