Job Description Hope Microcredit is a fast-growing financial institution committed to providing accessible and innovative financial services that empower individuals, entrepreneurs, and communities across Tanzania. We are seeking competent, ethical, results-oriented and experienced Loan Officers with a valid driving licence to strengthen our functions across our regional operations.

- Must be able to read and write.

- Must be able to use a computer or smartphone.

- Must own a smartphone.

- Willingness to work with commitment and ensure assigned tasks are completed.

- Key Competencies Strong analytical skills.

- Excellent report writing and documentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in computer.
