JOB TYPE
- : Full-Time | Middle-Senior Level Job Overview The Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing AzamPay’s enterprise IT infrastructure.
- This critical role ensures high availability, scalability, robust performance, and strict security across physical data centers, network architecture, enterprise storage, virtualization platforms, containerized environments, and hybrid cloud ecosystems.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise Virtualization & Identity Management: Administer enterprise server platforms (VMware, Oracle Virtualization) and manage Active Directory (AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO), LDAP, and Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Kubernetes & Microservices Orchestration: Design, maintain, and troubleshoot production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
- Oversee Helm deployments, monitor node health, manage ingress/plugins, and support zero-downtime deployment pipelines.
- Storage & SAN Management: Provision and manage enterprise SAN storage systems.
- Monitor performance metrics, execute capacity planning, and optimize multi-path storage allocations.
- Backup, Security & Disaster Recovery: Execute disaster recovery (DR) strategies, site failovers, and storage replication.
- Oversee enterprise backup and restoration workflows utilizing Veeam.
- Implement security patches and drive vulnerability remediation.
- Data Center & Hardware Maintenance: Support Tier II/III data center operations, including physical rack management, server hardware maintenance, and monitoring ambient cooling system s.
- Infrastructure Automation & Monitoring: Automate infrastructure provisioning using Ansible and Terraform.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in a Senior Infrastructure, Systems Administration, or Enterprise DevOps role.
- Virtualization & OS: Advanced Linux administration (RHEL, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments, alongside deep expertise in VMware/Oracle virtualization platforms.
- Containers & Orchestration: Proven, hands-on experience managing production Kubernetes (Control Plane maintenance, Worker Node scaling, CNI/CSI plugins).
- Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer Storage & Automation: Strong expertise in SAN infrastructure, Veeam Backup & Replication, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Key Competencies Self-Driven & Resourceful: Strong technical initiative with a proactive approach to solving complex architectural challenges.
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent high-pressure troubleshooting skills focused on system stability and maximum uptime.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies clearly to non-technical stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional development teams.
