Job Description Territory Brand Lead ONFON MICROFINANCE WE ARE HIRING JOIN OUR TEAM POSITION: TERRITORY BRAND LEAD (LAKE, SOUTHERN, DAR AND COAST) Job Description: Onfon Microfinance Tanzania is looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven individual to fill the position of Territory Brand Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s brand presence within an assigned territory, as well as driving customer acquisition and sales of financial services. RESPONSIBILITIES

- : Implement marketing and brand promotion strategies within the assigned territory.

- Lead and supervise the sales team.

- Identify and recruit new customers.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.

- Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

- Experience in marketing or sales is an added advantage.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
