QUALIFICATIONS
- To be successful, you will have: Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Demography, Monitoring & Evaluation, Health Research, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and research for large-scale HIV/TB or public health programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex data collection, reporting, and information systems.
- Strong knowledge of Tanzania’s health sector, HIV/TB programs, and national health information systems.
- Proven experience leading evaluation and research initiatives, data quality improvement, and evidence-based programming.
- Experience working with donor-funded programs, preferably USAID/GHSD-funded initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, capacity-building, and strategic planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage digital and innovative technologies to strengthen RMEL systems.
