RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS
- gathering for information systems.
- Preparing system specifications, technical documentation and user manuals.
- Participating in system testing, implementation, maintenance and the continuous improvement of information systems.
- Providing technical support to users and participating in user training and awareness programmes.
- Participating in business process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
- Participating in data analysis, system integration and quality assurance activities.
- Monitoring system performance and recommending appropriate improvements.
- Performing any other official duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science Information Systems Information Technology Software Engineering Computer Engineering Business Information Systems An equivalent qualification from a recognized higher learning institution The candidate must possess knowledge or practical exposure in: Systems analysis Enterprise information systems User
REQUIREMENTS
