RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Project Manager will be responsible for: Planning, coordinating and monitoring building and property development projects from commencement to completion.
- Preparing and/or interpreting architectural drawings, building plans, layouts and technical designs.
- Supervising construction, renovation and maintenance work to ensure quality, proper use of materials and compliance with approved plans.
- Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers and other professionals involved in projects.
- Preparing project schedules, work plans, budgets, estimates, scopes of work and technical specifications.
- Monitoring project progress, costs, timelines and contractor performance.
- Reporting project delays, challenges and cost overruns.
- Conducting regular site visits and providing appropriate technical and project management guidance.
- Following up on land surveying, boundary verification, property valuation, title deeds, certificates and other property documentation.
- Liaising with relevant government authorities, including land offices, municipal authorities, surveyors, planners and other statutory bodies.

- Assisting with the identification, evaluation and management of contractors, consultants and suppliers.
- Monitoring project expenditure and ensuring that projects remain within approved budgets.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of drawings, contracts, approvals, reports, photographs, certificates and other project documents.
- Preparing regular project progress reports for the National Spiritual Assembly and relevant committees or offices.
- Maintaining an updated record of the status of the National Spiritual Assembly’s properties and ongoing projects.
- Identifying project risks and recommending practical solutions to support the successful completion of projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- and experience Applicants must possess: A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a related field.
- At least three to five years of relevant experience in construction, architectural design, property development or project management.
- Practical experience in architectural drawing, building design, construction supervision, project coordination and contractor management.
