Job Description Request for proposal for provision of cafeteria services The Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT invites qualified and experienced catering service providers to submit proposals for the operation and management of its cafeteria at the Alliance Office within the TARI Selian Agricultural Research Institute Compound in Arusha. Scope of the tender The successful service provider will deliver quality, hygienic, nutritious and affordable food services to approximately 50 staff members from Monday to Friday, as well as authorized visitors when required. Services will include: Breakfast and lunch Morning and afternoon snacks Tea, coffee and drinking water Fresh juices and soft beverages Vegetarian and healthy meal options Special dietary meals upon request Cafeteria cleaning and waste management The selected provider will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, professionalism, customer service and cleanliness. - Bidders must provide: BRELA Registration Certificate Certificate of Incorporation Valid Tax Clearance Certificate Valid Business Licence Food Handling or Catering Licence, where applicable Company profile Three reference letters for similar cafeteria or institutional catering services Proposed weekly menu with meal descriptions or recipes Proposed staffing structure Signed Vendor Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form All prices must be quoted in Tanzania shillings and include applicable taxes, administrative expenses, utility costs and all other relevant costs.
