REQUIREMENTS

- and maintain records for the same.

- Carry out regular plant audit to identify gaps in processes controls and carry out corrective actions.

- Carry out products market survey and test samples.

- Ensure assigned process operations are within specifications all the time.

- Recording or documenting accurate data of all analysis process compliance, inspections and observation of the line processes.

- Effective communication with maintenance and production team to ensure proper functioning of process control devices.

- Write a report to validate or indicate deviations from the existing standards.

- Other duties may be assigned.

- Entry requirement Degree in Food Science & Technology or Related Field At least 2 years’ experience in related field.
