- We`re looking for a dynamic person, passionate about customer engagement and providing a world class experience to join our growing team in Mwanza Tanzania as an Accountant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide financial and operational support to the Service business by monitoring work-in-progress (WIP), analyzing profitability, preparing management reports, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Track and ensure timely closure of service jobs.
- Conduct cost and variance analyses.
- Prepare workshop and field service performance reports.
- Manage monthly sales and financial reporting.
- Support customer invoicing and quotation processes.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with CAPEX tracking and investment management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related qualifications from recognized institution.
- 5 Years’ experience in Finance or Accounting practices.
- Previous experience and exposure in mining industry and related industries in a Finance & Accounting role (added advantage).
- Must be CPA holder.
- Good command of the English Language.
- Demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and conscientious.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Must be flexible and self-reliant, self-starter.
