SUMMARY

OVERVIEW

- The National Insurance Corporation of Tanzania (NIC) is inviting applications for fifty-two (52) Direct Sales Agent positions across the Corporation`s offices in Mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar.

- The positions are available in various offices, including Zanzibar, Arusha, Kilimanjaro, Tanga, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, Tabora, Morogoro, Iringa, Mbeya, Songwe, Ruvuma, Njombe, Rukwa, Katavi, Kigoma, Mwanza, Geita, Kagera, Shinyanga, Simiyu, Mara, Pwani, Lindi, and Mtwara.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identifying potential clients through networking, marketing campaigns, and direct outreach.

- Participating in sales activation`s and campaigns to meet specific targets.

- Maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure retention, renewals, and cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.

- Promoting both Life and General Insurance products.

- Achieving assigned sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing regular sales reports.

- Working towards individual and team sales targets in line with the company`s strategic objectives and premium goals.

REQUIREMENTS

- Ordinary Level Secondary Education (O-Level) / Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) / Advanced Level Secondary Education (A-Level) / Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with a Certificate, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma from a recognized institution in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Sales and Marketing, or other related fields.

- An experience in sales and marketing of insurance products will be an added advantage.

- For fifteen (15) positions, applicants must possess a minimum of a Bachelor`s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Sales and Marketing, or other related fields from a recognized institution.

- An experience in sales and marketing of insurance products will be an added advantage.
