- The role of Integrated Management Systems Associate is aimed at developing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain IMS documentation and processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and legal requirements
- Plan and manage internal & external audits and coordinate certification audits
- Lead risk assessments and ensure mitigation measures are implemented
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
- Provide training and awareness on IMS requirements
- Manage document control and records management system
- Monitor KPIs and performance of IMS systems
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Quality Management or other related field
- Professional certification in ISO standards (Lead Auditor ISO 9001/14001/45001 preferred)
- More than 3 years experience in IMS and ISO management systems in manufacturing
- Strong experience in audits, compliance, and risk management
- Proficiency in English and Swahili
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
- Leadership and stakeholder management
