SUMMARY
OVERVIEW
- The World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a Partnerships and Reporting Associate to join its Partnerships, Communication, and Advocacy unit in Tanzania.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the preparation and drafting of high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual donor and corporate reports, ensuring compliance with WFP standards and contractual obligations.
- Support the preparation and drafting of the Annual Country Report (ACR) and other corporate reporting exercises by coordinating inputs across programme, M&E, logistics, and resource management.
- Contribute to the development and presentation of a clear, accurate, and consistent overview of WFP`s programme portfolio and results to inform decision-making.
- Support the effective positioning of WFP with public, private, and external partners through high-quality reporting, analysis, and engagement, contributing to resource mobilization and strategic partnerships.
- Mobilize resources, strengthen partnerships, lead advocacy efforts, and coordinate reporting and communication activities to meet corporate and donor requirements.
