KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic leadership for all Engineering and Facilities operations across the Lodge.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing engineering team.
- Drive operational excellence, sustainability initiatives, preventive maintenance, asset preservation, and major capital projects.
- Ensure that innovation, reliability, and safety remain at the heart of everything the team does.
- Report directly to the Lodge Manager.
