SUMMARY
OVERVIEW
- The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer payments, issuing receipts, maintaining accurate transaction records, and providing excellent customer service to restaurant guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Balance cash registers at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Handle customer billing inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with waiters and kitchen staff to ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier station.

REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to three years of relevant experience in a cashier role.
- Experience within the hospitality industry will be considered an added advantage.
