SUMMARY
OVERVIEW
- AEI is seeking qualified and results-oriented candidates to fill two Sales and Marketing Officer positions.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company`s engineering, procurement, and construction services, developing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the engineering, construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Generating new leads through networking, client visits, referrals, and market research.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Promoting the company`s engineering, procurement, and construction services and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Preparing and delivering technical and commercial presentations to customers.
- Coordinating with engineering and estimating teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with clients.
- Following up on quotations and proposals to secure new projects and maximize sales conversions.
- Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to the company`s revenue growth.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts using the company`s customer relationship management system.
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Attending client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events to expand business opportunities.
- Providing excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor`s degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of sales experience, preferably in an engineering, procurement and construction, construction, engineering, or industrial company.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management software.
- A valid driver`s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
