SUMMARY
OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispense medicines accurately and professionally.
- Maintain pharmaceutical records and documentation.
- Manage inventory and stock control systems.
- Monitor medicine consumption and prepare forecasts.
- Support procurement and stock replenishment activities.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in patient education activities.
- Support implementation of quality assurance systems.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the Pharmacy Council of Tanzania.
- Valid practicing license.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical inventory management, medicine forecasting and stock control, pharmaceutical documentation and reporting, electronic medical records (EMR) and digital inventory systems.
- Added advantages: experience preparing for regulatory inspections, knowledge of digital health technologies, social media communication and content creation skills.
