SUMMARY

OVERVIEW

- Responsible for managing and controlling non-finished products (work-in-progress materials) in the warehouse.

- Ensuring accurate inventory records, proper storage, timely issuance, and smooth coordination with production departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Keep the accounts in your area consistent with the actual stock.

- Check the safety of goods in the storage area to make sure there are no hazards.

- Supervise picking and outbound operations to ensure forklift drivers pick the correct materials from the correct locations.

- Make sure the glass received in your area is placed in the right positions and check for any damage during in and out movements.

- Keep your area organized and clean.

- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) principles are followed where applicable.

- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, damages, or losses.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or related field.

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management in manufacturing industry

- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse management systems.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
