OVERVIEW

- Department: Dealer Operations | Relationship Management
- Reports to: Head of Dealer Operations / Head of Commercial Operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing a portfolio of dealer partners
- Driving dealer performance and financed sales growth
- Reducing dealer churn through proactive account management
- Supporting the onboarding and activation of new dealers
- Coordinating with Loan Officers, Brand Managers, and Operations teams
- Providing market intelligence and competitor insights
REQUIREMENTS
- One to two years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or Relationship Management
- Experience in retail, fintech, banking, telecommunications, FMCG, or consumer electronics is an advantage
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A commercial mindset and strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness and ability to visit dealers regularly
- Basic Excel and reporting skills
