KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the strategic growth and management of the Partner Network from the Tanzania hub.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organisations.
- Support partnership development and contribute to the successful delivery of partnership initiatives that advance Blue Ventures’ mission.
- Regular travel, including to remote coastal communities, and collaboration across multiple time zones are required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proactive, highly organised relationship builder with experience working with rural communities, small-scale fisheries, and community-based conservation or development initiatives in Tanzania.
- Strong ability to cultivate effective partnerships, embrace innovation, and contribute both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to travel are essential.
BENEFITS
- Remuneration: TZS 37,939,012 – TZS 56,149,738 gross annually.
