SUMMARY
OVERVIEW
- NBC Tanzania is recruiting for six Head Office roles in relationship management, digital support, and quality assurance.
- The recruitment covers positions connected to SME banking, Islamic banking, customer quality, tele sales, and digital service support.
- NBC is the oldest serving bank in Tanzania, with over five decades of experience in retail, business, corporate, and investment banking.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Relationship Manager Micro SME:
- Manage relationships with micro SME customers
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
- Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with NBC`s quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Tele sales & Digital Support Manager:
- Manage a team of tele sales and digital support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
- Quality Assurance Analyst:
- Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with NBC`s quality standards
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Relationship Manager Islamic Banking
- SME:
- Manage relationships with SME customers in Islamic banking
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
- Relationship Manager Islamic Banking – Commercial:
- Manage relationships with commercial customers in Islamic banking
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives
REQUIREMENTS
- Relationship Manager Micro SME:
- Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Quality Assurance Specialist:
- Bachelor`s degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Tele sales & Digital Support Manager:
- Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in tele sales or digital support
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Quality Assurance Analyst:
- Bachelor`s degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relationship Manager Islamic Banking
- SME:
- Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in relationship management or sales
