OVERVIEW
- TMHS Group Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Volunteer Cashier & Operations Support specialist to join the team immediately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoicing all customers.
- Managing transactions with customers using cash registers.
- Scanning goods and ensuring pricing is accurate.
- Collecting payments whether in cash or credit.
- Issuing receipts, refunds, change, or tickets.
- Cross-selling products.
- Resolving customer complaints, guiding customers, and providing relevant information.
- Tracking transactions on balance sheets and reporting any discrepancies.
- Handling merchandise returns and exchanges.
- Preparing cash reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Performing any other assigned task.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Diploma in one of the following fields: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a closely related field.
- Strong basic mathematical capabilities.
- Baseline accounting skills for reconciling balance sheets.
- High comfort level with spreadsheets, including Excel and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Absolute integrity when handling financial figures.
- A problem-solving mindset.
