KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor partner shop performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance with operational standards and targets.
- Channel Engagement & Support
- Serve as the main contact for partner shops, providing guidance and resolving operational challenges.
- Training & Capability Building
- Deliver training and support to enhance partner teams` product knowledge and service standards.
- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across partner shops.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree, preferably in business administration/Management or related field.
- Proven experience in channel sales or partner management, ideally within the industry with Minimum of 5 years work experience.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with a strong drive for performance improvement
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic telecom environment.
