SUMMARY
OVERVIEW
- Tabono Consult Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Chinese Translator to be based in Mkuranga.
- The role requires a professional with strong language skills, relevant translation or interpretation experience, and the ability to work effectively in a corporate, construction, or industrial environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate documents, reports, and other materials from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- Provide interpretation services for meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Work effectively in a corporate, construction, or industrial environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality translation and interpretation services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Languages, Translation, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven fluency in Chinese and English.
- Knowledge of Swahili is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working as a translator or interpreter in a corporate, construction, or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to use translation tools or translation software.
BENEFITS
- TZS 1,200,000 net salary.
